The app you open to use your AI agent
Reef by Lobster Computer is the app you open to use your AI agent.
You connect your own accounts — including Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Tasks, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Slack — and an AI agent works on your behalf across them: drafting and sending email, reading and organizing your calendar and tasks, working with your documents, and bringing information you choose into Reef so the people and agents you authorize can work with it.
The shared Reef Slack app uses each person's own Slack authorization to search conversations they can access and to post messages they request. It does not expand their permissions in Slack. Content copied or shared into Reef follows Reef's permissions for the relevant collaborative area. Separately installed per-agent Slack apps act through their own disclosed permissions.
When you connect your Google account, Reef requests only the scopes needed for the features you use, and acts only on the accounts you explicitly connect:
Mutating actions (sending mail, editing or sharing files, changing events) are taken on your behalf and, where applicable, staged for your approval before they run. You can disconnect any provider at any time from Settings → Connections, which revokes Reef's access.
Reef's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
