Reef is a product of Lobster Computer, Inc. ("we", "us", "Reef"). This guide
explains how to connect your Zoom account to Reef, what Reef can do with it, and

What connecting Zoom does
Connecting Zoom lets an AI agent working on your behalf in Reef schedule and
manage your own Zoom meetings — for example, when you ask it to put a call on
your calendar, it creates the Zoom meeting and attaches the join link to the
calendar invite. Reef acts as the Zoom account you authorize, and only for the
capabilities below.

Mutating actions (creating or deleting a meeting) are taken on your behalf and,
where applicable, staged for your approval before they run.
How to connect Zoom
In Reef, open Settings → Connections.
Find Zoom and choose Connect.
You are redirected to Zoom's authorization screen, which lists the access Reef
is requesting. Review it and click Allow.
You return to Reef with Zoom connected. You can now ask the agent to schedule
or manage Zoom meetings.
How to remove Zoom
You can disconnect at any time:
In Reef. Open Settings → Connections, find Zoom, and choose Remove.
This revokes Reef's use of the stored Zoom credentials and stops future access
through that connection.
From Zoom. You can also revoke Reef directly in the Zoom App Marketplace:
go to marketplace.zoom.us, open Manage → Added
Apps, find Reef, and click Remove.
Removing the connection from either side revokes Reef's access; do both if you
want to be certain.
How your data is handled
Credentials. Your Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at
rest and are decrypted only in memory, when needed to act on your behalf.
Meeting data and action records. Reef retains records of requested and
completed Zoom actions. Those records may include meeting identifiers, topics,
times, join links, and other meeting details returned by Zoom. Reef does not
request access to meeting recordings or transcripts. Retention and deletion
limits are described in the Privacy Policy.
Transport. All data moves over encrypted (TLS) connections.
Scope. Access is scoped to you; Reef does not use your Zoom data to train
general-purpose models.
Service providers. We require service providers that receive Zoom Personal
User Data to provide the same or equivalent protection required by Zoom's
developer rules.
